Workshop Cancellation Policy

For our bespoke creative workshops, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

To cancel your workshop session, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled workshop. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and offer the slot to other participants if possible.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop session. This policy is due to the nature of some workshops that may require the purchase of perishable items or specialised materials in advance, such as fresh cut flowers, which cannot be recouped after this point.
