Dahlias are the undisputed stars of late summer — bold, beautiful, and bursting with personality. At their peak, they fill the fields with colour and joy, each bloom more striking than the last. Here at Kikko & Koast, they hold a special place in our hearts.
Last season, we had the immense joy of celebrating these blooms with our dahlia bouquet workshops. There’s nothing quite like it: spending a golden afternoon at a local flower farm, wandering through endless rows of vibrant dahlias, and hand-picking stems that call out to you. Guided by the beauty of the fields and the charm of the season, our participants learned to craft their own unique bouquets — each one a reflection of their personal style and the magic of the moment.
These workshops were more than just a chance to arrange flowers; they were a chance to slow down, savour nature’s bounty, and create something beautiful with your own hands. We loved seeing everyone’s faces light up as their bouquets took shape, from the first picked stem to the final tied ribbon.

And now, as the next dahlia season approaches, we find ourselves dreaming ahead. We can’t wait to return to the fields, feel the sun on our skin, and once again celebrate the art of gathering and creating with fresh dahlias.

Come experience the joy of picking your own dahlias straight from the field, arranging a bouquet that’s uniquely yours, and connecting with others in a relaxed, inspiring setting. Set on a stunning local flower farm, each workshop includes coffee or tea, something sweet, and step-by-step guidance — no experience needed, just a love for flowers.
