For our bespoke creative workshops, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure the smooth operation of our services and fairness for optimal workshop experiences for all participants.

To cancel your workshop session, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled workshop. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and offer the slot to other participants if possible.
Please note:
Each ticket purchased through our website is subject to a 2.5% ticket service fee and a 2.5% bank payment processing fee, both of which are non-refundable as they are charged directly by third-party service providers. These fees will be deducted from your refund should you choose to cancel your event ticket.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours of the workshop session. This policy is due to the nature of some workshops that may require a venue hire fee, or the purchase of perishable items or specialised materials in advance, such as fresh cut flowers, which cannot be recouped after this point. You can transfer the booking to a friend of your choice, should you choose not to cancel, please do contact us to let us know.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Private Workshop Terms & Conditions
Private workshops are defined as any workshop that is privately booked for a specific group and not publicly advertised or available through the Kikko & Koast webshop.

-
A private workshop is confirmed only once the date, time, and location have been agreed upon and a booking confirmation has been sent.
-
Final payment is due no later than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event date. This ensures there is sufficient time to source materials, flowers, and other required items.
-
If full payment is not received by the due date, Kikko & Koast reserves the right to cancel the workshop.

-
Once final payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, including for partial or full cancellations by the client. This is due to the time, materials, and flowers already sourced in preparation for the event.
-
If the client needs to reschedule, Kikko & Koast may offer an alternative date at its discretion, subject to availability and within a reasonable timeframe.
